When I tap to play there is no sound.... and have collected moons but not going on the bar is there a problem somewhere 🤔 I top to play other games and the sound is there but not on blue moon

I make colour bombs and use them but they aren’t counting to my score. Some did count initially but not any mire
I'm player id 1009484374 and at level18227. i have had several color bombs but the Series does not show any bombs used. Additionally, I have had only 1 set of boosters (after a game ends) per day. Is there something wrong?
