I upgraded my Phone lost my levels.

I upgraded my phone and lost all of my levels. I was up around level 400. I tried logging in with my Facebook account and that didn’t work. Just took me to level one. I tried logging in with my email account and it says that email address does not have an account. But when I go to act like I am creating a new account it says that email address is already taken.

Sono arrivata al livello 21005 come posso proseguire? Ho dei traguardi da raggiungere per ottenere lingotti ma senza nuovi livelli da superare non posso fare più niente!

I make colour bombs and use them but they aren’t counting to my score. Some did count initially but not any mire

I'm player id 1009484374 and at level18227. i have had several color bombs but the Series does not show any bombs used. Additionally, I have had only 1 set of boosters (after a game ends) per day. Is there something wrong?
Extra Move
Why does I can not have extra move after watch ADs now ?
