I'm undated with emails from this group and I've only been in here about 1½ hours. This is a joke and I need to get out of this group because the emails are of no use just ppl leaving where they are from. WHY DO I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT EVERYONE JOINING UP??
I'M NOT GETTING ANY HELP OR SUPPORT IN THE ISSUE I NEED HELP AND SUPPORT SO I NEED TO LEAVE, I DON'T EVEN FIND UT EASY TO NAVIGATE AROUND ITS ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS TO FIND ANYTHING. SO SORRY IM OUT OF HERE IF I CAN FIND THE LEAVE GROUP!!
Returning player from a couple years ago and I cant get my sound effects or music to work at all. Vibrations work fine. I use an android LGK51. Last time I played I turned both music and sound off but that wasna xouple years ago. Opened game settings and toggle sound and music back on to no avail. Cleared cache and data and still nothing. Went to mobile settings and games, media sounds are normal. Deleted CCS, emptied app trash, rebooted and redownloaded. Still nothing. Uninstalled, rebooted and reinstalled and still nothing. Phone software is up to date. I cant get any CCS sound at all. Same for any other King game I try. When Im in the game and I press volume up or down, I get a small popup which shows current volume level as well as a small settings icon. When I tap the settings icon it brings up all system sounds and their current volume settings (ringer, music and media, etc.). At the bottom of the list, there is a small icon for CCS and a volume bar which is set on zero and it cannot be moved. Ive scoured this phone for hours but I cannot find anything that makes any difference. Im hoping somebody here can point me in the right direction to resolve this issue. Thanks in advance for any assistance.
