I connected to FB to save my progress but instead everything got deleted

I connected to FB, I was on level 1367, and all my progress was deleted. I've been playing as a guest I think. I checked every email I've had over the last few years and could not find a King account.
Can King get me back to 1367? I'm playing on an iPad.

Hi Ann, sorry for the delay in responding but thank you for writing us here at King Care. Are you still having this issue? If so, as long as you were playing through Facebook your progress should be saved. Please write back here and let me know if you still need help and I can try to elevate it to a King Admin who can help you further.

I was not playing through Facebook. I was using my iPad app, got the Connect to FB prompt and did so as I thought it would save my progress. Instead my progress was deleted back to level one. I gave up ever getting a resolution so started over. If you can get me back to 1367 great, if not I'll get over it.
It just seems wrong for King to repeatedly prompt the FB sync just to have it do the complete opposite of what it promised (save progress).
