Lost 500 levels have no idea
never played candy crush connected to Facebook and for some reason my avatars would randomly change to other people. Changed phone backed up to Facebook but when I reopened the app I have gorn back to 1177 instead of 1624. Tried both devices. I have deleted both the candy crush app and Facebook apps and still no joy. Honestly feels like the game has taken me back to the last level I played while being connected to Facebook, thanks for the help in advance

Hi Hodgie, yes when you play the game through Facebook it saves your progress so yes it would take you back to the last level that you played through Facebook. It is sooooooooo extremely important to constantly play through Facebook or the Kingdom because that's the only way you can continue your progress. I will elevate this to a King Admin but she won't be back in the office until the beginning of the week. She will write you here on King Care and try to get you back to level 1624 but please continue to play through Facebook once she has helped you.
