Dear Elsa, same Candy Crush loading problem for all 4 browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Edge. And I just tried a few other Facebook ids and all have the same problem. So it seems to have nothing to do with account or game progress.
I played Candy Crush Jelly and I found no problem. Logon just now and everything is fine.
same here..problem existed in more than a week alreadyHi Henry, can you possibly upload a print screen so that we can see what's going on? If you cleared the history, try logging out of Facebook and logging back in to see if this helps. It has nothing to do with your gold bars or any purchases. Sometimes you might get an error message if the team is working on the game but it shouldn't last as long as you are mentioning.

Yes, I am from HK. The problem might be even with a specific ISP. I use Cable TV HK. The game played OK via Opera/VPN!Hello everyone! Thanks for flagging, may I ask where you are all located?
