The more you purchase the more they take. It's actually pretty obvious. I'm guessing there are lawsuits about this

Same experience I am having. No more free spins since I made a purchase and more purchases. I complained and was sent a generic message that I must have changed phones, which is a blatant lie. Very disappointing and I would not be making any more purchases as this is a scam in my opinion

I could not agree more. Once you buy bars, it's all over. I'm at the point now (been playing 10 years and at level 12,047 and I can be on just about every level now for a week. Finally get frustrated and buy the 10 bars and the level completes with the very next move after the purchase..even if it is a far stretch the candy just happens to all fall perfectly. The next level is rinse and repeat. After 10 years I'm about to say goodbye. Without a doubt the algorithm knows if you're willing to pay. Seems that greed has taken over this game. Shame, it was fun for years.
