Can anyone tell me why candy crush saga has changed its shape, it now is long and thin and doesn't fit on the page unless it is very small? my cat did lie on the keyboard but I can't find anywhere to take it back, to its normal shape it is driving me mad and is impossible to play, any ideas please,

The resized game seems like a bug to me. This has been going on for 2 months now and everyone hates it. I personally am indifferent because I don't use the browser version. It's totally not normal though - at first only some people were affected, then a couple of weeks later they said it was back to normal, now everyone seems affected and there's no believable statement from King as to why and how long it will take.
Have you tried the desktop version, assuming you have a Windows computer?
It appears just fine for me - I can resize it however I please.
Same advice to you. Or you could install a mobile emulator - in case your account has video ads, you could take advantage of those, unless you've recently made a purchase with real money.

The Portrait mode is terrible….I play on a 12.9 IPad which is naturally used in “Landscape” mode just like a laptop is. I also have an IPad case that is set up for the user in Landscape mode only.
I cannot understand any feasible reason why King would make the Landscape mode obsolete….???
I hope this is just a temporary thing because it is very annoying and not comfortable in the Portrait mode. I have downloaded many games and if they only played in Portrait…that is an automatic “Delete” for me.
