How do I fix looping on a level??

We cleared level 325 Candy Crush Saga & then it went back to level 315 again on our pc. This continues to loop back & forth, even when I deleted program & reinstalled. Any suggestion??

Hi Flamingo, my first and best advice is to hold off uninstalling the game until you have exhausted all other solutions because once you uninstall the game you lose your boosters. Are you still have this problem? If so, please write back here and also please let me know if you are playing on a mobile device or computer.

I had already uninstalled & reinstalled the program as the loop stayed that way for over a wk. The problem still exists even with the reinstall. It initially had us start on the first level then, jumped to 315. We again worked up to & cleared level 325 but, it still goes back to 315 & the loop continues. Due to frustration we have stopped playing CC Saga.

Hi Flamingo, sorry that you are still having that problem. Let's try this. What browser are you using? Try to clear the history first. Then open the game and logging out and logging back in. It should bring you back to your current level. If that doesn't work try a different browser. I play on Chrome, Firefox, Opera and Edge. If none of that works then please write back and maybe I can elevate it to a King Admin who might have another idea.
