Well, they put it back to the good way, but now the events and boosters are all screwed up. I think their greed is driving these unfortunate changes. All it's doing, though, is making the game less fun and therefore, I'll spend less time on it.

Heh I went 3 days with portrait small screen so did not play it, It is now back to normal Landscape Like TG, I think King are playing games and it is not nice

The second "test" seems to be over now. The game is once again in landscape mode for me when opened in a browser, even though it's still small even in "full screen". Care to check if there's a change for you? Maybe see if there's an App Store update? 🧐

No-one who prefers landscape (often because of impaired vision) likes this enforced portrait mode. And I'm pretty sure King are well aware of that fact, following such overwhelming negative feedback.

Tbh, I noticed this on my phone a few weeks ago - I rotated my phone but game remained still. I was surprised it was suddenly not adjusting anymore. Then some time later I told a friend to check if his game was rotating, he said yes, I checked mine and... it was rotating once again. Now it suddenly gets locked in portrait mode even on the browser version without any explanation.

I totally don't believe all this "test" nonsense. I'm more inclined to believe they do it unintentionally and then take a lot of time to figure out what's causing it and undo it.

I agree it's awful and hard work. I play it on my Android tablet and it's a nusiance especially if the tablet is plugged in.
