What do you mean you have lost your purchased item (timed unlimited lives)? You paid for it, the transaction went through but the item was never delivered?
Bear in mind that video ads disappear if you make a purchase with real money, provided you had them on your account in the first place.
You should write to Support to inquire about your purchase.
