How do you get the 3rd cherry on level 3155?

I had at least 10 moves with 2 of the cherries down, i even was using the coconut wheel. I could not bring the last cherry down. I wasted 10 coins to continue in hopes that would work. Nothing. Is this game flawed? Can someone help me or can I get a redo?
