Trouble with boosters

Hi tech support!

There seems to be a problem with the boosters not helping when I get stuck. I don't mind watching the ads to gain boosters, but it's frustrating to watch 30-90 seconds worth of ads when the boosters aren't targeting the areas that are left for me to complete a level. This happens on Soda as well. Is there a way to fix this? Anyone else having the same problem?

The UFO booster is situational. It is very useful, especially with jellies and frostings. Here's an example from yesterday:

The UFO targeted the jelly cells specifically. As a result, the level was cleared.

Like most other boosters, the UFO has its limits. If targets are in a single cluster, only 1 or 2 of the wrapped candies will be thrown there. If there's a jelly cell with no candies around it, then the UFO will be of no use.

Since you have ads, you could use them for Sweet Cinema when you're not about to play. This way you'll have some hammers and switches at hand.

A word of advice - in order to not lose ads and ad reliant features, you must not purchase anything in-game with real money.

Yes, that's actually the booster I was talking about. That and the Swedish fish one.The UFO boosters have not been targeting the remaining moves left in the level. In the past, they have always hit the last few plays remaining. Now they are targeting random candies and it doesn't help. I end up wasting the UFO booster and the additional 3 moves. My app is up to date as well. I do take advantage of the extra boosters and I watch numerous ads just to gain them. But if the boosters don't benefit the user, it's not helpful.
