I have reached out over and over, Why can't KING GAMES leave SWEET CINEMA ads on, it seems like maybe they only help people who are willing to purchase gold bars and boosters, I am in the 9,000s and have never purchased anything from this game, I rely on watching ads to advance in my levels and don't understand why they can't just leave them on, It is my time watching them so what is the big deal, No response from anyone seriously, What do I have to do?

I also wonder why there are NO Sweet Cinema on the PC? I like the computer screen sometimes. I never get any extra moves on the PC

By "on the PC" you mean the browser version, I presume? 🤔
As I keep saying, the browser version is bugged and ads just don't work there. I get them on my phone but never on the browser, that's why I simply don't use it.
Have you tried the Windows desktop version?
If you don't have ads on your account in general, then you won't see them on any platform, I'm afraid.

I play on a tablet, and I've never seen Sweet Cinema. First I've heard of it. I also don't get most of the challenges, like the new one right now. No way to earn gold bars. Thanks for the info.

PC is a personal computer and yes I play on the windows version which is lame, to say the least. Frankly, I am pretty fed up with the impossible levels lately. No extra moves on Win 10 PC version.
I am no rookie as I am on level 13330 and in my first letter a week ago I was on 13324. So 6 levels in a week is horrible as King has put the brakes on me. My game has changed so much since 12800 it disgusts me anymore. Looking for a new game and peaceful playing.

Been on Level 13330 for some time now and looking for a replacement game to play and relax. No one is listening to our gripes and many of us players will leave the game as it is being run now. I will not introduce any more of the grandkids to the game as it is too frustrating to play now. CC used to be enjoyable but not anymore.

13330 is a joke but there have been many levels like this over the last few months. Agree the game is no longer fun to play. It used to be that a level like this would be once every 3-4 episodes. Now it’s 4-5 EACH episode and even most of the ‘non-difficult’ levels should really classified as hard. Complaining doesn’t help. Surprises me that people pay money to play but obviously they do or the game wouldn’t be like it is today. Ad revenue is apparently not enough.
