Hi! I did the lunar pot of gold and made it to the first tier and it said prizes pending, I clicked on it several times and nothing happened, now it is gone, any suggestions?

You click on "Contact Us" then you ask a problem and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I hope how they can help and answer you but it taken longer. 😉
