Why didnβt I receive my golden bars? Although I won the three stages or what ever they are called+ I had a countdown since yesterday but it vanished

They haven't been delivered, and there was a time counter that disappeared
I never had the timer π So i dont know what the timer counted down...
I could think that there is a timediverence between the end and the system getting it all in order.
But more important: the GB are deliverd
