Candy crush level 2435

I have completed level 2435 several times but it won't move me on to the next episode even though I press Next after completing the level. I have been on it for a week now. Please help

Hi Donna, no progress yet. I am playing on both my iPad and iPhone. Unfortunately I don't have access to my PC as I'm travelling in Japan at the moment. I don't know if I should delete the App and reinstall. If the game went back to level 1, that would be me out. It is very frustrating.

Ive got the same problem with level 2435 so hopefully your question can be answered im getting so sick of it i keep playing hoping it will go to the next level but no matter how many times I complete it i can't get to the next level this game has had so many problems in the last 2 weeks.
