can't play thru Facebook

This problem been existed for 2 weeks and now the 3rd but still not be able to play...                                     An error has occurred. We are doing our best to fix it, please try again in a moment.

    Thanks for posting on King Care. I am really sorry that you have been experiencing a problem loading on Facebook.Are you able to load in a different browser or you can try clearing the cache in the browser you currently use. https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/cant-get-your-games-to-load-on-facebook-check-this-out

    I can play with facebook now..I have actually tried different browers while problem existed but still not be able to play with, as you can see from the forum, problem seems to be happened with player in Hong Kong location but i think your technical person been fixed it last week and so far no problem in playing in facebook
