Levels freeze when purchasing credits to complete

HI, I paid to get extra items to complete a level, and then it freezes on the Good Luck screen. This has happened twice on the same level, and this is after already completing it once. Can you please advise, and refund my purchase, as pointless paying to help yourself to complete and the game freezes and credit still are taken from you!

Not to worry I have returned those purchased Gold Bars back to your game. If you should have any issues with purchases in the future head out to our purchases page to get things sorted out right away: https://goo.gl/MR7Eq9

If you have freezing issues like this again, we recommend purchasing the required Gold Bars beforehand so that you only need to purchase the extra moves instead of making 2 purchases (Gold Bars + extra moves) at the same time.

We have investigated previous cases and as it often depends on the internet connection a player has while playing it’s often unavoidable from our side.
