It should be at the new version. Perhaps your game went back to the old version. I will post a link here so if you are at the old version please read on how you can get to the new version.

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
