I am registered under an old email that I can no longer access. When I try to purchase from the shop I get an error that says, " An error occurred while processing your purchase. Your order has been submitted but is taking longer than expected to process. You will receive an email when your order completes". I haven't received anything. Still can't purchase from shop. What can I do?
