Hi there Terrie! I know this seems like a dumb question, but can you reset your router/modem to see if that helps? Sometimes I get that kind of error, and it turns out it is something with the DNS server. It is frustrating as heck. If that doesn't work, or if you have tried that already, let me know and I can elevate this to the Mods, since that is kind of a little out of my area of expertise. Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
