Are you able to restore your progress. I don't know what I pressed, I was up to level 1100 ish, not happy. :0(

I understand. The Mods will be back tomorrow morning, so I am sure one will get in touch with you as soon as they get back into the office. They have the ability to look into players' accounts to see if something is happening with it that they can fix, we just pass the info on to them, especially on the weekends. I am sure you will be contacted soon. Thanks for replying!
I haven't uninstalled Candy Crush. I have no idea what I've pressed to loose the progress.

Hm. This might be one for the Mods to look at. Can I ask you first if you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game and then reconnecting and/or clearing the cache on your device to see if that is preventing the syncing?
I will also let the Mods know about this to see if they can look and see what is going on. Hang tight while I ask for more help on this one. Thank you for being so patient...and nice. Have a wonderful day!

I've tried reconnected to FB to see if that was the issue, but unfortunately it was not. I would be so grateful to get my progress back.

Hello Zoe!! How are you today? Can I ask if you were connected to FB or The Kingdom? If you were, all you have to do is re-connect back to either one and your progress will be restored. If not, I can elevate this to a moderator to see if they can't help you get that progress back. Thanks for writing to King Care and I hope you have a candy-licious day!
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
