I have lives in the bank, but cannot play?

After my old phone broke and migrating everything over to the new one. I no longer am being offered to watch ads for spins, or more plays, or lives. As of 12:40am, Friday, February 10, the app is showing me I have 4 lives but cannot access them. I was curious what would happen if I added a new life from the reserve and now it says 5 lives are in the bank but I still can’t access to play the app is updated as is the OS for the iPhone 14.

Your screenshot is not showing anything useful. I still don't understand what the matter is other than not having ads. 🤔
There's a limit of 20 lives you can withdraw per day. Also, you can only have 5 active lives at any one time and up to 200 in reserve.
Have you made any purchases with real money since your old phone broke? If yes, then your ads are gone. If no, then they should still be there for you. Give it a day or two. Do some (older) levels in the meantime. If you like, try reinstalling the game IF you have no boosters to lose. Back it up to iCloud while logged in, just in case.
Do you see Sweet Cinema in your events? If yes, then ads are still there. They are just not coming through for some reason.
