Bug in 1085?

I used a powerup to create a horizontal stripecandy so I could remove the last block before my last move, so my cherries and hazelnuts could fall down through the portals. But when the last hazelnut had one portal to go, the game ended because I was out of moves? I didn't need more moves, everything was just falling down..... If the game hadn't cut off the board moving on its own, I would have finished the level.. I kinda feel cheated out of my powerup. What happened here, can it please be fixed and can my powerup be restored? Btw. Anna did not manage to even understand my issue, I hope someone here can help...

Welcome to the forum! 😊

You've run into a level with a design flaw. Not to worry, there's a solution. Just make sure you do not start the level with start-up boosters, otherwise you will get this instant fail due to no possible moves.

If you have a timed boosters, wait for them to run out, then do the level as normal. If your start-up boosters are preselected from the previous level, just uncheck them, so they are not used.

I am trying to play level 1085. However as soon as I hit play the game says level failed. Can’t play at all!

I am trying to understand your issue and the frustration that goes along with it. Have you cleared the level yet? By powerup I am assuming that you are referring to the boosters that are visible on the level before clicking to start the game, correct?
Have you ever tried to play the sugar drop challenge? You can collect up to 13 free boosters every 8 hours. You are completely missing the point here. Yes I meant a booster and yes I already passed it. The issue is that on my last turn when all nuts were free to fall down and they were, the game decided to end before everything had completed falling down for some bizarre reason... the last nut was stuck hanging above a portal with nothing above or underneath it.. that seems like a bug to me and it should be fixed.
