I haven’t had an internet connection in over a week and I’m on WiFi! How do I fix this!!!

Me too. Tried everything. This is the only game that refuses to allow connection.

I had a thing pop up saying I have no connection and all my friends, lives, and progress are GONE. Years of playing, gone!
