My treat calender countdown is currently sitting at 36,000 hours! How did this happen? Can it be fixed?
Hello Mumisfun! Can I ask if you made sure the time and date on your tablet is set to the current time and date? To do this, you go to settings and somewhere in there is the time/date option. Once you've made sure it is set to the right time and date, I would reboot my device, reconnect through FB or the Kingdom, and see if the treat calendar has fixed itself. If you are still having an issue, I can send this to the Moderator who can look more into why this is happening for you. Thanks for writing to King Care and have a great day.

Good afternoon Mumisfun, hope its ok to butt in here, but another player had the same issue.
Firstly as well as your date and time, can you also make sure that your location is set to the country you are in now.
And also, this comes from King :
If you have recently changed the time on your device (due to travelling or other reasons) this may affect the lives timer in game. To fix the issue, please open the map screen in the game and check how long you have to wait for your next life. Now set the clock on your device forward by that amount of time.
For example, if the game says “100 hours until your next life" you will need to change the date in your phone’s calendar. In this case, please calculate how many days are in 100 hours and set the date forward accordingly. Once this is complete, briefly return to the game’s map screen and then return to the settings menu on your device and set the date and/or time back to the correct time. Finally, restart your device and this should resolve the problem.
