Level 8407 Issue

I've come across previous posts about this level and how it didn't have enough moves; someone worked out you need 29 moves to pass the level. When I start it, I only get 20 moves, which isn't enough for the keys to move round and unlock the space for the ingredient to fall. I don't see a way to complete this level without paying for extra moves/boosters etc, which surely it should be possible.

I find when I think a level is impossible and I've given it countless attempts that perhaps the way you're going about it isn't what's going to beat it. Some levels are very tricky and you have to figure out exactly what kind of move and where, and what areas or items might need target priority. Some levels are indeed braintwisting puzzles and not simply a matter of just blasting away.
