Why aren't my milestone badges syncing across multiple devices?
There is no explanation. It's just how it works now, I guess - you just gotta repeat the last milestone level on each device. Not such a big deal but yes, banners used to sync before they disabled the system. Thankfully, milestone levels are often easier.
