The only thing I can suggest is using another device. For example, if you're playing on a phone or tablet, use a computer or someone else's phone. If you have a Windows PC, you could use the standalone desktop version with your King account, as well as the browser version through Facebook's website, provided your game account is linked to your profile.
If you believe the level is glitchy, you should report to Support.
