I had 879 lives in the bank. When I logged into the game all my lives were gone

Just popping in to help Laura out.
Unfortunately the way the game works on ipads/tablets and phones is a little different to the computer version. In order to play offline, you need to be able to access lives and boosters when you need them. So instead of saving in the game like it does on Facebook, it saves in the device memory. Meaning if you update/reinstall or change devices, they remain on the original device you received them on. If you still have the game on your old ipad though you can use them there.
I have a couple of links that explain it better. Progress/purchased currency will be saved but otherwise not.

Hi Marc! Can I ask if you were connected to the Kingdom or Facebook? If you were, just reconnect on your new device and the lives should show up for you. Any boosters/gold you had bought will also be there because they are saved on the King servers. However, any earned boosters/gold you had will be unfortunately lost. Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
