Help! I've come back into Candy Crush Saga at level 532. What is the strange character at that level? What am I supposed to do with it to get past the level? How do I do that?

You know the weirdest thing about it, when I check 3451 on YouTube, folk have got 3451 but it's NOT the level I'm playing! Look, here's a screengrab.
30 moves. You need about 300 moves. The nearest I have got is five of those waffle type things left and as I said, I've no boosters left to help and don't you THINK or AGREE that the game has to be broken? No way would anyone be stuck on the same level for a month and the silence from King.com is deafening. As a business, they have a DUTY to fix things but you try getting hold of them.
