How do I play Grand Prize

I have a new event called Grand Prize. Its says win first 3 times and receive a booster bundle but it doesn't say win what. I have won 3 levels first time. I came first in the episode race and I have beat more than3 tough levels but these don't appear to count. Any advice?

Hello there,

There is no such event. You're probably referring to the Champions Race which is the upgraded version of the Episode Race.

Next time you should post a screenshot in order to make it easier to get a faster and better reply.

I stand corrected. I don't have the event, so I didn't know it was a thing. A screenshot would've helped...

I have a new event called Grand Prize. Its says win first 3 times and receive a booster bundle but it doesn't give me my prizes. I have won 3 levels first time more than once and still nothing. I’ve used many of my bonuses and spent many of my gold bars to accomplish this and still nothing… this is very frustrating 😡 can you please fix it!!!

In order for you to get the "grand prize", you need to win in the Weekly Contest 3 times in a row, not just 3 levels. The feature that requires first-time-clear levels is Candy Royale.
