@CherylTeoh I just realized that you posted this message in the Discussion area and not the Support area. I just opened up the question in the Support area so please click HERE and post your information in that thread with the images. Then I can have a game moderator come here and close this message. Now that it's in support maybe others will see the message and report if they are having the same issue.
I have been writing back and forth with a community member about Sam's Sweet Streak because she has been having trouble keeping her progress and I suggested that she open a new message. You can read what she wrote HERE. I started keeping track of it in my game and yesterday I had it and this morning it was gone. I just went to my phone to check it out there. First I checked to make sure that I have the most recent version of the game and also the latest version of my operating system. Then I logged out of the game and cleared out the history. Then I logged back in and went to my events folder and as you can see in the print screen below I only have the Booster Wheel in my events. Something is majorly wrong. I lost all my events! I just came back to my computer to check the game on Windows 11. I made sure that I have the most recent version of the game. I logged out and logged back in and now I have Sam's Sweet Streak on my desktop version but nothing on my phone except the wheel. Is anyone else having trouble with Sam's Sweet Streak? I know that not everyone will get this event but for those of you who had it recently, please let us know if you still have it and also where you are playing the game, desktop or mobile. Thanks.
Something is majorly wrong! I just opened the game on my phone to see if maybe I had Sam's Streak there and I didn't have it. So I logged out of my King account, cleared the history and then logged back in. I went into the event folder and now look at it!
I lost all events except for the Booster Wheel. I just came back to my computer and logged out and logged back in with my King account and Sam's Streak is back and all the events. But why did I lose everything on my phone? I wish that other players would come here to let us know if they are having this issue.
You're spot on with the issues @Sam's Streak :
1) appearing and disappearing at his wish;
2) when he does re-appear, you lose your progress, and starting afresh.
I just tested with my game, on first log-in, Sam's NOT there:
Can tell from no sign of score points for the various levels on the win streak.
On re-logging in, Sam returned:
But I didn't want to play and lost progress!!
Another point for the boosters with win streak, level 5 should start the game with double color bombs?
Not so with my game, ever since I started playing a month ago.
That is so strange! I am going to tag the game moderators @kiara_wael @bearwithme and the community manager @QueenB so that they can elevate it to the studio to find out if it's a glitch. Perhaps others here in the community will see your message and add comments to it. Besides the appearing and disappearing there seems to be a problem with keeping the current balance too.
My mom didn't have it yesterday, but got it just now. But she lost all win streak progress, had to start from scratch. So only got 3350 score for completing 2 episodes, instead of 3750. Haven't checked with my grandparents, anyway, they only have 1 new episode remaining, no point joining the contest.
I don't have Sam's Streak today. I had it in my game yesterday. Something must be going on with that event. How many hours does it run that you still have 47 hours left until it ends? Have you seen any other message here about this event? I wonder if other players are having the same issue.

I'm laughing, not just smiling, my 2nd wish has been granted - they TOOK Sam's Streak from my game. It disappeared! Pl don't ever return.
When I logged in to do the Chocolate box chores, Sam's Streak was still there:
After I have completed the last chore of yesterday's box and collected the timed boosters, Sam fled.😂
I sure hope so! Please let us know the final results.

It's happening again with Sam's Streak, pl fix it the way you've fixed Top Climber!!!
Each time I re-opened the game, my progress in Sam's Streak is gone, I have to re-start from zero!!!
#1 when I left the game with 71 hrs left for the event, I did 1 episode, scoring 1875.
#2 when I came back to play the next episode, I got this after completing 2 levels:
Still at 1st position (not for long though) but with only 250, what a joke.
#3 Then I have to play catching up. Pl note that the #2 player's scoring didn't seem to suffer the same issue, kept progressing upward.
#4 After completing a new episode I'm back to top with the exact score where I left, instead of 2x 1875!
Pl take this event out from my game, if the issue can't be fixed. Thanks

Level 10054 is impossible to pass because the 4th required Dragon does not drop, I have used many booster and bombs and still have not cracked this level because the fourth and last required doesn't appear.
