I am at 3246, my friends have the new levels, but I don't. How do I get them?
Hi Cheryl, thank you for writing us here on King Care. If your friends have higher levels they might be playing the game on Windows 10 which now goes up to 3305. Where do you play the game - mobile or computer? The highest level on those is now 3260.
Hi there Cheryl. Sometimes the mobile and Facebook versions of a game will feature a different number of levels. For the majority of our games, all the latest levels are initially released onto Facebook and then adapted for mobile platforms like iOS and Android. This means that quite often, there are more levels available for the game on Facebook than mobile devices. This isn't always the case as some of our games focus on releasing new content exclusively for mobile devices. Just be sure to keep your mobile game app updated to access the latest levels and features, if you find yourself waiting for new levels head over to Facebook to see if any more levels are available or perhaps try one of our other exciting new games in the meantime. Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
