Everytime I get a ad that wants you to download an app, it closes the whole game! I've lost like 29 level streaks, boosters, lives... It's bull crap and it's so frustrating.

That's not the problem he's having. He's saying that when he goes back to the game, it crashes him back to the start screen or closes him out entirely. I've had that happen with other apps. I don't know if it's by design, or if it's hardware issues with the user. Either way, it's frustrating and why it happens as often as it does needs to be addressed among developers.
The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.
