โ Issues with Episode Race - Not receiving the Gold Bars rewards!

It has happened to me twice and there was no error. It just did not give the gold to me. I also spent the 10 gold for extra moves within a game and three different occasions did not get the moves. It froze and then still took my gold. I would like to get my rewards and my gold back, because I actually spent money on the gold. I never got it back later and the first incident occurred in December. I have Apple version of the game.

1. For me the gold bars just now didn't get credited to my account March 2nd 12:25am
2. The version is 1.246.0.1
3. No error messages
4. Not able to collect afterwards also
Please look into it as soon as possible

Hi, won 2 episode races this afternoon and did not receive 2 x 45 hold bars.

- which game app version do you have installed? The newest.
- do you happen to get any error message when trying to collect your reward? No
- did you happen to receive the rewards afterwords? No

I finished a route in first place and didn't get 40 gold bars

I won 5 games in a row and didnt receive any of the gold bars from these races. I made 2 purchases in order to continue my win streak. This occured around 11:30-12:00. I am playing the game on my Samsung S21 connected through my Facebook. I did not receive any error message nor did I receive any gold bars outside of the purchases that I have made. I force stopped the app and logged back on to the app. Still did not receive gold bars. Even after updating the app the gold bars for the 5 races are still missing.
