I am playing candy crush on my phone and it tells me I have won an hour of free lives (this has happened 3 times this weekend) and it will only let me play the initial 5 lives. Help!

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
