No boosters

My old iPad crashed. It was not updated because of no space. I bought a new iPad and more space. They uploded my stuff from the cloud. My candy crush level was saved but all of my boosters were gone. How can I get them back. There were a lot. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello Frank! I understand that your level was restored when you reconnected, but your boosters were gone? Were they purchased boosters or boosters you had won? If they are purchased, then they should have been restored with your progress (as well as gold) but any boosters that had been won would be lost. I have sent this on to our Moderator anyway to see if she can help you get those boosters back. I hope you have a great day and thank you for contacting King Care.

how do i sync my game
how do i get my level from facebook to a new device?
New Computer - Windows 11 Home.
Candy Crush App will not recognize my correct passwords to update my progress. All other devices working. Deleted and reloaded, and no difference - says I have the wrong p/w. Any ideas?
