Do they help? NO, I been on the email since 8am talking to many people and I am upset. I was on level 9092. And now on level 21 and no one will help me. Because they can't fix it. They have the nerve to email me that because I didn't answer them in a few minutes (which I was in the bathroom) they dropped my case. I am crying right now. Please make some noise people and help me out.
