Hello fellow Laura. :D  Have you been playing on FB or The Kingdom? If you have then all you might have to do is disconnect (or sign out of) and then reconnect to either one and the progress should be saved and restored. It is really important to use either one of these because if you don't connect to the Kingdom or FB, your progress will not be saved, nor your boosters.
