Cannot get back to previous level. How do I update password on candy crush. When I enter email it says not registered

@Kathy I have checked our system and no account is registered with your email. I think it is likely that perhaps an account was not made correctly when you first started playing. Please could you create a new Facebook or Kingdom account and then link it to your game. Once you have done this I will be able to find your account in the system and restore the levels :-)

OK the Moderator (Admin) has this question in her queue and will get to it as soon as she can. I hope this gets resolved for you quickly so you can continue crushin' those candies!
Yes I have. Several days ago I updated password on fb. When I go to update password on candy crush it says my email is not registered. That is the only email I have ever had.

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
