Sam's no where to be found, however many times have I opened and closed the Events icon. and the game.
Last time he's there was 42 hrs before event is over:
When I just came in a few minutes ago during my lunch break, he's gone, again, and with him Level 2000 badge too.
Sam walks back, and I have to start from zero score again:
Noticed that my level badge had been downgraded to 1000 again.
One episode later, 2000 badge restoredš
Will go for a training camp in 36 hrs, wont be able to play the game for 5 days, nor check the event results. It's just as well.
Sam plays prank again. Did 2 levels as I was collecting Top Climber's reward this afternoon:
Now 8 hrs later, when I return to the game, he's nowhere to be found, and is still invisible after I've completed one episode.

I still have not heard back from the studio but I know they are working on improving all current events as well as the Episode and Champion Race which also had issues paying out the rewards.
We really hope to all taken care of as soon as possible š¤

Time keeps running, 1 second at a time, right?
My mom's account doesn't have these issues. She only had Sam calling yesterday, a day after the event appeared in my game. She's been progressing without disruption even after logging out and relogging into the game, as she only plays max 2 episodes a day.

It's happening again with Sam's Streak, pl fix it the way you've fixed Top Climber!!!
Each time I re-opened the game, my progress in Sam's Streak is gone, I have to re-start from zero!!!
#1 when I left the game with 71 hrs left for the event, I did 1 episode, scoring 1875.
#2 when I came back to play the next episode, I got this after completing 2 levels:
Still at 1st position (not for long though) but with only 250, what a joke.
#3 Then I have to play catching up. Pl note that the #2 player's scoring didn't seem to suffer the same issue, kept progressing upward.
#4 After completing a new episode I'm back to top with the exact score where I left, instead of 2x 1875!
Pl take this event out from my game, if the issue can't be fixed. Thanks

I'm laughing, not just smiling, my 2nd wish has been granted - they TOOK Sam's Streak from my game. It disappeared! Pl don't ever return.
When I logged in to do the Chocolate box chores, Sam's Streak was still there:
After I have completed the last chore of yesterday's box and collected the timed boosters, Sam fled.š

You're spot on with the issues @Sam's Streak :
1) appearing and disappearing at his wish;
2) when he does re-appear, you lose your progress, and starting afresh.
I just tested with my game, on first log-in, Sam's NOT there:
Can tell from no sign of score points for the various levels on the win streak.
On re-logging in, Sam returned:
But I didn't want to play and lost progress!!
Another point for the boosters with win streak, level 5 should start the game with double color bombs?
Not so with my game, ever since I started playing a month ago.
UPDATE: ISSUES NOT FIXED, SAME FRUSTRATIONS AND SCREAMING
Against wisdom, got tempted to resume playing the game, in the midst of fear that the same process of losing Streak progress and restarting from zero score, the 3rd time.
Yes, it happened again.
At 27 hrs left
After playing 2 new levels
Slowly climbing up again. 4th round!!!
At last back to top, will skip class, to continue one more episode, not to lose progress just in case I may lose progress when I log off and play later.
In the end I did 2 more episodes, completing today's choc box jobs as well.
Will not play the game for the next 24+ hrs, until event's over, keeping fingers crossed, SAM stops playing prank on me.
Notice, the #2 and #3 players scores haven't changed for a day.

Our game profiles? Someone wrote here asking what happened to our ranking and frames. I never realized that they took it off.
@_Elsa_ the play one level/make a move deal is a good option to try anytime something is missing. Three times though!
I have the new map on my mobile only. I like how the map looks other than the names of the Episodes are not shown. Scrolling however is way to slow on the mobile and I upped it as much as I can.
I had to get a new phone my old phone almost made it 7 years. I lost all my mobile boosters, very sad.
I noticed just a little while ago that our profiles seem to be changing again.
Hi @Scooterpie it's great to see you! But that makes no sense to have to keep doing those things. I never really paid much attention to the events since I had to spend more time trying to clear the hard levels. I always had the Episode Race so that was never a problem for me. I am not in the testing group for the new map yet. Have you seen it?
Greetings @_Elsa_! This has been happening for sometime with all events. It happens on my mobile, Win10/Win11 and on my browsers. In the past to get events back up you had to play a level and win or make a move and and quit the level and lose a life. Recently, it seems that you need to do this 3 times. I think once I did it four times.
Or try play a level/make a move and close the game down. If it is a browser close the game and the browser then reopen and do it again. Try a combo if you please. If these methods do not work perhaps you do not have the event. No uninstall/reinstall for this.
For me the above are what works for now. So much is changing, I do not think everything is working together yet. Sam's Streak lately acts like I will get it then I don't same with the Episode Race.

how come when I buy something for 14.99 it charged me over 49 dollars
My candy crush saga game is not starting, various times i reinstall it but problem is not resolve..
It seems impossible to clear the sprinks on this level. Itās only 2 you have to clear. I havenāt even saw the 2nd one yet. Any suggestions about this level? It is a legendary level.
