5000 badge and no Sweet Cinema

I play Candy Crush on 2 different android phones. Due to some kind of glitch I lost my 5,000 game badge on both phones and on one phone I no longer have the Sweet Cinema event. Yesterday I hit the 5000 game mark and my badge changed to the 5,000 and then today there was a change in the way my levels looked and then a couple hours later it changed back to original and then my game level badge went back to 4000 and no Sweet Cinema event. How am I to earn extra rewards????

To get your banner updated, please reply the levels 5.000.and please make sure you have the latest game app version installed
The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.

What do you mean reply the levels 5,000??? I am on level 5088.

I’m on level 5000 and stuck!! The only item I can’t get past is the 5 icons with the eyes. Am able to remove all squares and the other items, but no other eye ghosts or icons come out. Have been stuck for about 6 days. If anyone can give a hint on how to go about it
