No golden bars for events

Hi, today I didn't get 32 golden bars for candy survival, again because it's third time when I win the event and I didn't receive anything. Of course I also haven't got my 45 bars for winning the champions race 8 days ago. Oh and don's say about writing to support because nobody response just I got automathic emails. I spend a lot of money to buy booster and lives but now I don't mind spending any one coin because you don't respect players.

I've always got a rapid response from customer support when I use the link from this website.

I've been wainting for support's response since 10th October 2022, I wrote at least 3-4 messages to support and nothing

Yep, I also wrote to support about the missing 45 gold bars, more than a week ago, using the link as advised, and I have had no reply from them.
