I was on level 1460. I had to reinstall app and I am now defaulting to level 11. I can scroll up and find my picture at level 1460 but have lost my boosters. Can this be rectified. I've been playing thus game for years!!!
Hi - thanks for you advice. I tried this but no joy. Shows numbers up to level 12 now with my Facebook profile picture. Then no numbers of the levels show until levels 1450-1461. I've also lost my daily spin wheel and my boosters that I have one since reinstalling are not showing.

You're able to scroll over to the correct level and play on then? That would suggest that your game is saved but your avatar is stuck. What if you replay the level your avatar is stuck on and see what happens?

I play through candy crush app on iPad. Every time I reinstalled app again. Now it defaults to level 11 but I scroll up and can play where I was - now on 1461 - takes ages to scroll up and find my level. Thanks for your help.
Hi there Joanna. I need to know what device you're playing on first so I can see if I have the proper information to pass along to you. Were you playing through FB or The Kingdom? If not, then any boosters you had will be lost when you reset or reinstall. All is not lost though, as re-connecting if you are using FB or The Kingdom usually restores progress. That is strange that you can find your picture on your old level, so it might be just a glitch. If connecting back to FB or The Kingdom doesn't work, then I can ask the Mods to look at your account and see what can be done for you, including getting back some or all of those boosters. Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
