All my levels disappeared!

Hi,

I sent an email requesting help as my account was not linked to Facebook so when I was forced to reinstall after a freeze I lost all my 942 levels! It started me back at level 1! I received an automated email from a candy crush bot that does not solve my issue. Please help me regain my missing levels.

In Gold Chocolate Box pass 13 level with 3 yellow star
To get gold bar I have been asked in Gold Chocolate Box to pass 13 level with 3 yellow star is not understood. Is it passing that level by any number of hits or passing in single hit. Thanks
