Hi there, After years of trying I finally hit the jackpot on March 29, 2018 and selected the “claim prize” button, but all I got was a message “come back later for another spin” and no rewards. What a let down.

I checked your player account now and it seems your rewards are now there. If you can't see them, having a strong internet connection and by reconnecting the game to your Kingdom / Facebook account should help.

Hi there KarenaBond! I will most definitely let the Moderators know about this. There was just another player who had the same issue, and the Mods were able to restore the prizes that weren't given. I am so sorry that this happened to you, and I am very envious too. I think over the years I have been playing (many years) I have only gotten the Jackpot once. I wish you luck on your game and don't worry--the Moderator will get you the prize you'd won.
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
