Received notification with free lives but lost on Facebook app plus not in sync with iPhone app

I've always played Candy Crush on my iPhone but always had to pause weekly in order for new games to appear. I was aware of the Facebook app but never realized it was ahead around 30-40 levels! This makes playing on my iPhone moot. I have about 50 free lives notifications but can't use it on my FB app. Also, when I opened my FB app and had full lives, I accepted 2 free lives messages and they were gone. When do you expect your app to be in sync with FB? There's no point in playing on my iPhone if it's never going to be up to date.

Today, I cannot accept lives at all. I can send only. Playing on computer with Facebook app.

There has always been a difference in levels between Facebook and mobile. They are released on Facebook first then mobile later. As for the the lives, these don't synchronize or transfer. This is explained here:

The lives explanation doesn't make sense. If I receive a "free life" overnight and log in to Candy Crush on the Facebook app the next morning, I already have full lives upon logging in so I lose all of the free lives that were given to me. This happens 99% of the time. I have friends in different time zones. Why does the notification envelope disappear? After all this time, the Candy Crush app on FB should know I already have full lives and, therefore, cannot accept the lives given to me!
