Lives sent to me not opening

Hello! Just wondering if there is a cut off for new lives sent to you? I can no longer accept the lives that have been sent to me! When I click on the relevant boxes, nothing happens, no tick appears no matter if I turn my computer on and off, or restart the game. It just allowed me to send lives but not accept them 😒 Has anyone else found this?

Hello @Totothedog have you got a time limit showing by your lives now? There appears to have been a recent change to the way that lives are handled in the game. No one here in an official capacity seems to know anything about it, or how it works though.
Please keep an eye on the thread linked below has hopefully more information will be provided about the change in this thread.

I wish I knew why @Totothedog as on the whole the change doesn't make a lot of sense. Most people already had a limit of being able to use 20 extra lives in a day, so introducing a timer that seems to limit us further is hard for me to make sense of.
Cynically I would say that limiting people to just twenty lives a day hasn't resulted in people paying for more lives like King thought it would, so this change is probably just King trying something else to encourage people to pay for lives.
